It has definitely improved the workflow between designers and the dev team. Now it is easier to make corrections on the web interface and follow its deployment.
I've shared this with my team to boost understanding of UX and why a problem is a problem, share it with team members remotely, and also for QAing new feature rollout. The export feature is great to send a more formal report out to the team. Well designed tool overall as well.

The heurios are the colorful comments that you make with Heurio. They can be visionary ideas, small and actionable tasks, or detailed change requests - it's entirely in your hands! They can be anything that saves you time and helps your team to collaborate more efficiently.
Also, a heurio is an upgraded version of a comment box with productivity booster additional settings:
- Write a Note - E.g. "This image is too small and blurry."
- Make a Suggestion - E.g. "@Alice please change the image size to 768x320 px.
- Set a Severity - Neutral (Blue), Low (Green), Medium (Yellow), High (Orange), Critical (Red)
- Set a Guideline and a Rule - E.g. Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics, 1. Visibility of system status
Projects let you manage and share your group of heurios on the same domain separately.
This comes in handy when you create projects for different tasks. For example, you have two projects on the same domain:
- The first project is called "UX review" and you share it with your design team only.
- The second project is called "Copywriting ideas" and you share it with your marketing team.
You can also think of projects as layers of ideas above your website.
